Pam Baker
Pam considers herself a connector of people and ideas.
She spent more than 20 years in healthcare at companies big and small and across biotech, pharmaceuticals, digital health, diagnostics and consulting. She created Journeous, an organization dedicated to helping young adults align their interests, skills and values with career decisions. Most recently Pam founded the Women's Coaching Alliance whose mission is to engage more young women to coach recreational sports while providing them with training and mentorship and insights into the connection between coaching and leading.
She works with Haas' Career Management Group providing interview, career decision making and resume support to business school students and often serves as an informal mentor to young women.
Pam is a solo parent of 15 year old twin daughters and a strong advocate for women's leadership, as a member of the International Women's Forum and of How Women Lead. She is at home road biking, reading a great book, cooking or playing games and watching movies with her daughters. Originally from New Jersey, Pam received her BA in Political Science and Asian Studies from Northwestern University and a graduate degree in International Management from Thunderbird.
