Student Engagement & SEL Coordinator

Nicholas’ journey as an educator started in San Jose, CA. He worked as a substitute teacher and then full time at Ace Inspire Middle School in Downtown San Jose. Nicholas’ connection to the city and students really helped him gain close and strong relationships with staff and families.

He got his AA Degree in Communications at De Anza College and his BS in Communications at Arizona State University. He spends his time as an Enrichment teacher where he prepares lessons centered around the social emotional health of students and also comes up with activities framed to develop life-long learning skills.

Nicholas loves to watch sports and movies, anime, and to explore new parts of the Bay Area any chance he gets. He is very excited for the journey ahead of him at Field Middle.
